The interviews are conducted by the HR Team, Senior Consultants, Partners and Managers. You will perform a case study at the second stage to evaluate your analytical skills, reasoning and business/sector-specific knowledge.

We are looking for graduates from the best universities/schools: business and engineering graduates, holding an MBA is a plus.
For Senior Consultants, you should have at least 2 years’ experience. Prior consulting experience is highly valued. We also value operational experience acquired in a telco operator, a major media company, an investment bank or a Private Equity House. Your background should ideally be in the fields of strategy, marketing, or corporate finance.

For Managers and Senior Managers, prior consulting experience and sector expertise in either the telecoms or media sector are necessary. You should also be able to demonstrate an ability to develop creative and innovative approaches and to manage long term customer relationships.
For every applicant, fluent English and a desire to work on international assignments are required.
A work permit for the relevant country is required in all cases.
